I did not like nothing about this hotel. Its dirty . Room very small and you cant even walk around the room. I paid for free breakfast there is no breakfast at all . This hotel is very bad waste of money if someone try to book this money

Hotel was so dirty from the bed sheets, to the bathroom. Bed had bugs on it. Bed had stains and dirt marks. Not even a half an hour goes by and I already checked out.

I had couple issues with a room which were quick and successful resolved by front desk team. Location is 10 minutes walking to subway. Safe area if walking from Church str.station.

Not much. They should pay you to stay there. booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had no lamps. The bathroom door jammed and I was locked in the bathroom with no way out. Had to rig a piece of plastic and jam it where the lock was to try to dislodge the lock. Told manager and he said he was sorry and would get maintenance to fix. Scary being locked in a room and can’t get out. offered no compensation.
